Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy
You may return your merchandise within 7 days in original condition only If you have received incorrect, defective or damaged product with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, must not be soiled, with tags and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Refund only applicable if product ordered are sold out.
2. What are Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items?
Please ensure that your items do not fall under the list of non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable items:
- Panties, Hip Pant/safety pant, Full corset, Sleepwear & Socks
Due to hygiene concerns, Panties, Sleepwear & Socks are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, please inpect your order upon delivery. - Discontinued / Clearance item
- Special Gift Box / Free items
IMPORTANT
In order to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
- Return items showing soiled, washed or altered, with visible signs of wear and tear or smell (cigarette/perfume).
- Products with a missing label or label has been removed.
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
- We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and for delivery costs.
3. Exchange
Our exchange policy are only available for size and/or colour of the same product. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
If the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability). Product is only allowed exchange once a time.
4. Shipping Fee for Return / Exchange
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
5. Shipping Time Frame
It may take up to 3-5 working days , excluding shipping times.
6.Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case, we will not refund the difference.

退货、退款和更换政策
收到商品请第一时间检查包裹
如发错尺码、颜色或者商品原厂瑕疵,可在签收包裹7天以内联系客服,安排退回费用会由商家承担。
1.关于退货,商品必须满足以下条件:
- 商品必须未使用,且与您收到时的状态相同。
- 商品必须保留原始包装中,并且附带产品标签,不能被剪掉。
- 买家必须提供商品开箱和商品状态的录像,以避免买家与卖家之间的任何冲突。
- 商品不影响二次销售的情况
- 必须符合收到商品7天内
商品一旦售出不接受退款, 仅接受更换颜色/尺码。
退款仅限于商品出现无货/下架情况。
2.哪些商品不支持更换、退款、退货?
请确保您想更换的商品不再这个列表内:
- 内裤,提臀裤,安全裤,塑身衣,睡衣类,袜子,丝袜等

- 指定礼盒/盲盒/赠送商品
3. 关于购买商品尺码不合适更换
商品仅接受更换尺码、颜色,不接受更换其他商品。如商品确认没有合适的更换尺码,客服会通知更换其他等值的商品, 所有商品仅限更换一次。
4. 退货/更换邮费
所有产生的费用 如退回和更换邮费将由客户承担。
5. 关于换货,多久可以收到?
换货流程 一般3-5个工作天处理,不包括运输时间。
6.如果出现价格调整,请问会退款差价吗?
由于线上销售商品价格变动是根据实时优惠,如下单后出现价格差价情况,并不会退予差价。
